Thalia Burt

Hey! I’m Thalia, the Creator and Director of The Bulletproof Dancer.
I come from a dance background and started out in the industry in 2006 when I became the youngest member of a professional Contemporary Dance Company in South Africa. I then went on to performing in Musical Theatre productions across the globe, Footloose, The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Singing in The Rain, CATS and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat to name a few.
I started out in the Ensemble, made my way to Swing, then Dance Captain, Up to Resident Director and I am now the Associate Choreographer for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat across the UK and North America.

Performing has been my WHOLE WORLD for as long as I can remember and after diving into the world of personal training and nutrition for dancers, I knew I needed to give back to this community with my experience and knowledge of the industry. My passion now that I have hung up those dancing shoes, is to teach you how to look after your body your mind and your spirit while you tackle this industry with confidence.
Thank you for joining us here, we can’t wait to work with you on your journey to becoming Bulletproof
