Yes absolutely! We have clients worldwide on various ship contracts, national and international productions! We make it work for YOU.

Our most common programs are ‘Bulletproof 1.0 & 2.0’ which require access to a commercial gym of some nature where you will need access to Dumbbells, Barbells, Cables and cardio machines. We also offer our ‘Foundations’ program which is designed for those who are less confident in the gym/don’t have the access to a gym and prefer to workout from the comfort of their homes / dance studios.

Our Foundations programme is for ages 15 to 17 years old and requires parental or guardian consent. Our Bulletproof clients need to be 18 or older.

No strict plans here! We are all about inclusivity around food, breaking out of a diet culture, restrictive eating and fear food mind-set. All nutrition plans provided are personalised to the individual and their specific dietary requirements and goals.
Ideally, yes or aspiring to be/ex dancer. We work primarily with dancers who are wanting to take their career to the next level be that through the film, TV and Commercial dance scene or in Theatre.
Yes, as long as you have got clearance from your Doctor/ Physio and are aware enough of your body to be open and honest about where you are at with your progress. We work with a Physiotherapy clinic called Neuro Tour in the UK which supports our team and caters to our clients when needing to be booked in for 1:1 consultations.
