Tip 1
Build flexibility consistently

Use these before your call. They are the same principles your programme would be built on.
Tip 1

Tip 2
Flexibility alone won't automatically give you higher or better kicks. Work on strengthening your muscles at the end range of your movement so you can control and hold the flexibility you have.
Tip 3
Focus on clean technique, posture and control rather than just trying to kick as high as possible. Slow, controlled kick exercises can help improve your strength, range and overall kick technique.
